Software License Request
Hasan Kalyoncu University provides institutional licenses for various commercial software packages to support academic and administrative processes. Licenses may only be used for educational, research, and institutional work purposes.
1. Available Software

Note: License pools are limited. Requests are evaluated based on priority, academic term, and current usage rates.
2. Request Process
- Log in to desk.hku.edu.tr.
- Select the “Software License Request” category and the relevant software.
- Fill in the request form: intended use, device information, on-campus/off-campus usage, and supervisor/manager approval.
- Submit your request and wait for BIM evaluation.
3. Approval Process
- BIM checks license pool availability.
- Student requests are processed with the relevant department/supervisor approval.
- Staff requests are evaluated directly by BIM.
- For approved requests, the download link, activation key, or installation guide is sent via DESK.
4. License Responsibilities
- You may not share your license key or installation file with third parties.
- Running the software on non-HKU devices or on behalf of non-HKU users constitutes a license violation.
- If a license violation is detected, the account will be suspended and a disciplinary process may be initiated.
- Upon leaving HKU, the software must be uninstalled.
