  • Talep: Request title, description, attachments (files, screenshots)
  • Contact Geçmişi: Correspondence on the request
  • İşlem Logları: IP, login-logout records

  3. Service statistics and satisfaction analysis
  4. Information security processes (request history audit)
  5. Fulfillment of legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

  • m.5/2-c: Performance of contract (service provision)
  • m.5/2-ç: Legal obligation
  • m.5/2-f: Legitimate interest (information security)

5. Transfer

Your request may be shared with the relevant department (e.g., Student Affairs for OBS issues). Sharing with authorized institutions may occur if legally required.

6. Saklama Durationsi

  • Resolved requests: 1 yıl
  • System access logs: 2 yıl (Law No. 5651)
